Refund policy

While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.  MUST HAVE RECEIPT. NO EXECEPTIONS! If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand! 

• If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though!

• Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.  

• Items listed as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE are also not returnable 

• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

• To initiate a return, please email your order # and item(s) you wish to return to thefad@outlook.com.  If you do not see a response in 24 hours, PLEASE check your spam :). 

• Returns may take up to two weeks to process, but likely sooner!. Please keep tracking for your own records.
